2. Credit Purchases
Credit pack purchases are non-refundable once credits have been used. Unused credits from a credit pack may be eligible for partial refund at our discretion.
3. Failed Generations
If a video generation fails due to a technical error on our end, credits are automatically returned to your account. No manual refund request is needed for failed generations.
4. Subscription Cancellation
When canceling your subscription, please note the following:
- You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.
- After cancellation, you will retain access to your plan benefits until the end of your current billing period.
- No partial refunds are provided for mid-cycle cancellations.
