Content generated using our service is created by third-party AI models. We do not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or appropriateness of generated content. You are solely responsible for reviewing and using generated content appropriately.
3. Intellectual Property
For Pro and Agency plan subscribers, you retain full commercial rights to content generated using our service. Free tier users may use generated content for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
4. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use our service to:
- Generate illegal, harmful, or offensive content.
- Violate any intellectual property rights.
- Attempt to bypass any usage limits or security measures.
- Resell or redistribute access to our service.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Banana Pro Video shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our service.
6. Data Retention
Generated videos are stored for a maximum of 60 days from the date of creation. After this period, videos and associated data may be permanently deleted without notice. It is your responsibility to download and save any content you wish to keep before the retention period expires. Banana Pro Video is not responsible for any loss of content after the retention period.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
